JJB provide maintenance services to owners and occupiers of industrial units and commercial buildings.

We provide annual service contracts for gutter cleaning, fixing and seal checks and minor repairs. We will service your building twice a year and provide a report on any issues that may be imminent.

With an ageing building, unfortunately, dirt, foliage and weather damage the structure and seals of your building.

JJB can conduct a survey to assess where and what damage has affected your building.
